Macsa ID
As COVID-19 continues to spread worldwide, the uncertainty associated with this pandemic has undoubtedly led to questions concerning Macsa ID’s contingency plans in the face of the outbreak. In such challenging and changing times, we wish to assure you that we are doing all we can to ensure the smooth running of our services.
As a global company, Macsa ID has been closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation at a local and global level. While we focus on business continuity and maintaining customer service, the safety of all our staff remains a priority. For this reason, we have promoted working from home for all members of our teams who can carry out their jobs remotely.
As far as production is concerned, Macsa ID is still operating and doing our best to fulfil your orders, and as the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we are working closely with the entire supply chain to minimise disruption and maintain acceptable lead times. However, we do ask for your patience and understanding concerning shipping dates and product availability which will inevitably be affected by this global pandemic.

In the midst of this uncertainty, on behalf of everyone at Macsa ID, I would like to thank you for your continued support and please rest assured that we remain committed to supporting your business. We sincerely hope that all our partners, customers, and their families around the world will remain safe and healthy during this crisis, and we look forward to better times in the near future.
My warmest regards,
Jordi Piñot
